Randy, I met you Tuesday. I had the brisket. WOW! Incredible sandwich! The flavor, tender, my mouth is drooling writing this! Your place will be a stop anytime I'm passin Ottawa. I am a bbq freak and am always lookin for great food. I will be talkin u up! I'll try the ribs next time but no one makes them better than my wife. -Mark C.

 I have ate at the smokehouse 3 times. It is hard to find a good pulled pork sandwich anywhere around here anymore. The sandwich is piled high with pork, enough if you wanted to have 2 sandwiches. It is just "GREAT" Thanks again and keep it up. I RECCOMEND THIS SANDWICH TO ALL!!!!!- Robert H.
